I got this out of an old cookbook of my mom's. Its a quick casserole to put together after work.

1 lb
regular bulk pork sausage
1/2 c
chopped celery
1/2 c
chopped green pepper
1/2 c
chopped onion
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
chicken and rice soup
1 c
white rice (don't use minute rice)
1 can(s)
1 can(s)
crunchy chinese noodles

How to Make Chinese Noodle Casserole


  • 1Brown sausage, then add the celery, green pepper, and onion. Cook until vegetables are semi-soft. Drain the grease.
  • 2Add all of the other ingredients (EXCEPT the Chinese Noodles) and stir to mix.
  • 3Spread the Chinese Noodles in bottom of 9X13 pan. Pour sausage mixture over noodles. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through
