I got this out of an old cookbook of my mom's. Its a quick casserole to put together after work.

Ingredients For chinese noodle casserole

  • 1 lb
    regular bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    chicken and rice soup
  • 1 c
    white rice (don't use minute rice)
  • 1 can
    water
  • 1 can
    crunchy chinese noodles

How To Make chinese noodle casserole

  • 1
    Brown sausage, then add the celery, green pepper, and onion. Cook until vegetables are semi-soft. Drain the grease.
  • 2
    Add all of the other ingredients (EXCEPT the Chinese Noodles) and stir to mix.

    Spread the Chinese Noodles in bottom of 9X13 pan. Pour sausage mixture over noodles. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through
