I got this out of an old cookbook of my mom's. Its a quick casserole to put together after work.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    regular bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken and rice soup
  • 1 c
    white rice (don't use minute rice)
  • 1 can(s)
    water
  • 1 can(s)
    crunchy chinese noodles

How to Make Chinese Noodle Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown sausage, then add the celery, green pepper, and onion. Cook until vegetables are semi-soft. Drain the grease.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients (EXCEPT the Chinese Noodles) and stir to mix.
  3. Spread the Chinese Noodles in bottom of 9X13 pan. Pour sausage mixture over noodles. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through
