Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops, 1 1/3 lbs
- GROUP ONE
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and minced garlic,
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- - dash of pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- GROUP TWO
- 2 tablespoons each soy sauce and water
- 1 tablespoon each vinegar and sugar
- 2 tablespoons each minces green onion, ginger root, and garlic
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- - oil for deep frying
How To Make chinese fried pork chops

Step 1Tenderize pork chops with mallet or rolling pin till thin. Add GROUP ONE, marinate 1 hour (i leave mine over night). Coat with cornstarch before deep frying.

Step 2Heat oil. Deep fry (or skillet fry) 4 minutes or until golden and thoroughly cooked. Remove and dip in GROUP TWO. Add chopped red chili pepper if desired.
