- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 - garlic clove, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 - boneless pork roast
How To Make chinese barbeque pork

Step 1Slice pork into strips approximately 1 1/2 inch thick, 5-6 inchs long and 1/2 inch wide.

Step 2Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and mix well.

Step 3Marinate pork strips in sauce for a minimum of 2 hours.

Step 4Bake in pre-heated oven 375 deg for 25 minutes.

Step 5Turn meat over and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
