Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 - garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 - boneless pork roast

How To Make chinese barbeque pork

  • Step 1
    Slice pork into strips approximately 1 1/2 inch thick, 5-6 inchs long and 1/2 inch wide.
  • Step 2
    Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Marinate pork strips in sauce for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Step 4
    Bake in pre-heated oven 375 deg for 25 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Turn meat over and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
