- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 pounds spareribs, cut into serving size pieces

Step 1Heat first 6 ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover and marinate. On rack in foil-lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turning and basting with marinade. Makes 4 servings.
