Ingredients

  • 2LB pounds boneless pork cut in strips
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 bunch cilantro, fresh use 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 2 cans green enchilada sauce ( mild)
  • 1 can green ortega chilis
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2TBS tablespoons salt to taste remember pork needs salt
  • - you can add chili powder to spice up
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1 can re fried beans

How To Make chili verde

  • Step 1
    CUT UP PORK CUTTING INTO STRIPS OR CHUNKS TRIMMING EXCESS FAT OFF. WASH MEAT WELL.ADD OLIVE OIL TO POT ADD PORK. BROWN.
  • Step 2
    ADD ONIONS,GARLIC.CILANTRO,SAUCE,PEPPERS,SALT AND PEPPER
  • Step 3
    COVER SIMMER FOR APPROX 1 1/2 HRS OR UNTIL PORK IS SUPPER TENDER. STIR EVERY 20 MINS
