This recipe is from an old friend. His mother's secret family recipe. It is delicious served with beans and/or rice on flour tortilla or over eggs ... yum!!

Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork loin roast
- - garlic salt, to taste
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1-2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- - water
How To Make chili colorado

Step 1Cut roast in 1 inch pieces. Fry in oil. Dry meat out as much as possible. (Evaporate or drain oil.)

Step 2Fill dutch oven 1 inch from the top. Add everything but garlic salt, and simmer until "sauce" consistency. Then add garlic salt to taste. Enjoy!
