How to Make Chili Colorado
1Cut roast in 1 inch pieces. Fry in oil. Dry meat out as much as possible. (Evaporate or drain oil.)
2Fill dutch oven 1 inch from the top. Add everything but garlic salt, and simmer until "sauce" consistency. Then add garlic salt to taste.
