This recipe came from a Rival Crock Pot booklet from the 1970's that I tweaked to my own preference. One of my family's favorite meals. Pork will be so tender you can cut it with a fork. Photos are from Google Images.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

lean pork chops 3/4 to 1" thick
1 c
milk to dredge
2 Tbsp
dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1 tsp
garlic powder
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp
2 can(s)
chicken and rice soup

How to Make Chicken Lickin "Good" Pork Chops


  • 1Dredge pork chops milk, then in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, garlic salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  • 2Brown (do not cook) in oil in large skillet.
  • 3Place browned pork chops in crock pot.
  • 4Pour can soup over top.
  • 5Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours.
    (High: 3-1/2 to 4 hours)
