This recipe came from a Rival Crock Pot booklet from the 1970's that I tweaked to my own preference. One of my family's favorite meals. Pork will be so tender you can cut it with a fork. Photos are from Google Images.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 6 - 8 - lean pork chops 3/4 to 1" thick
- 1 cup flour
- - milk to dredge
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cans chicken and rice soup
How To Make chicken lickin "good" pork chops

Step 1Dredge pork chops milk, then in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, garlic salt, garlic powder and pepper.

Step 2Brown (do not cook) in oil in large skillet.

Step 3Place browned pork chops in crock pot.

Step 4Pour can soup over top.

Step 5Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. (High: 3-1/2 to 4 hours)
