This recipe came from a Rival Crock Pot booklet from the 1970's that I tweaked to my own preference. One of my family's favorite meals. Pork will be so tender you can cut it with a fork. Photos are from Google Images.

Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 - lean pork chops 3/4 to 1" thick
  • 1 cup flour
  • - milk to dredge
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cans chicken and rice soup

How To Make chicken lickin "good" pork chops

  • Step 1
    Dredge pork chops milk, then in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, garlic salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Brown (do not cook) in oil in large skillet.
  • Step 3
    Place browned pork chops in crock pot.
  • Step 4
    Pour can soup over top.
  • Step 5
    Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. (High: 3-1/2 to 4 hours)
