chicken fried steak
I have made this lots of times before. Some times I have used beef or pork. Its good no mater how I make it. My borthers love it. My borther James still kind of doesnt know why theres no chicken in the chicken fried steak lol. Frist time I made it he wanted to know where the chicken was LOL.. My sister made this for dinner last night as a last minute dish.

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef steaks, thin sliced
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- dash salt & pepper
- - canola oil, for frying
How To Make chicken fried steak

Step 1Frist pre-heat a large frying pan over medium heat with the oil. Then place the flour & bread crumbs each in a different bowl. Then beat the eggs. Cut each piece meat into half. Sprinkle the salt & pepper over the meat.

Step 2Next dip the meat into the flour, then the egg & then into the bread crumbs.

Step 3Then carefully place into the hot oil & fry on both sides of the meat until a nice golden brown.

Step 4Then serve with fresh cooked rice, veggies & gravy.
