- - 2 racks of baby back pork ribs
- "NO COOK" SAUCE
- 1 1/4 cups katchup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- - your choice of spices
How To Make chicago style baby back pork ribs

Step 1Remove membrane & rub ribs with your choice of spices. Grill to half done stage. Preheat oven to 250.

Step 2Pour water in a cookie sheet or oblong pan and place a rack into pan. This step is what makes them so tender. Place ribs on rack and cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 250 for approximately an hour to two hours or until done. Remove from oven.

Step 3Mix all sauce ingredients together and spread over ribs. Cover tightly again with foil and let set for 15 minutes before serving.
