Ingredients

  • 6 pounds pork loin
  • 2 pounds kielbasa
  • 1 teaspoon sage, dried
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lawreys salt

How To Make chef claude's stuffed pork loin

  • Step 1
    split pork loin down the middle stuff kielbasa inside.
  • Step 2
    tie the loin back together and season with sage, pepper and lawrey's.
  • Step 3
    roast at 325 for 2 1/2 hours. suggested wine to serve shamrock vineyards waldo red.
