6 lb
pork loin
2 lb
kielbasa
1 tsp
sage, dried
1 Tbsp
black pepper
1 tsp
lawreys salt

How to Make chef claude's stuffed pork loin

Step-by-Step

  • 1split pork loin down the middle
    stuff kielbasa inside.
  • 2tie the loin back together and season with sage, pepper and lawrey's.
  • 3roast at 325 for 2 1/2 hours.

    suggested wine to serve shamrock vineyards waldo red.
