How to Make chef claude's stuffed pork loin


  1. split pork loin down the middle
    stuff kielbasa inside.
  2. tie the loin back together and season with sage, pepper and lawrey's.
  3. roast at 325 for 2 1/2 hours.

    suggested wine to serve shamrock vineyards waldo red.
