Ingredients
- 6 pounds pork loin
- 2 pounds kielbasa
- 1 teaspoon sage, dried
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lawreys salt
How To Make chef claude's stuffed pork loin

Step 1split pork loin down the middle stuff kielbasa inside.

Step 2tie the loin back together and season with sage, pepper and lawrey's.

Step 3roast at 325 for 2 1/2 hours. suggested wine to serve shamrock vineyards waldo red.
