1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray large casserole or lasagna pan with cooking spray.
2Brown Sage Sausage with seasoning blend. Drain and return to skillet. Add rotel and tomato puree. Allow to simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
3While sausage mix is simmering, bring large pan of water, olive oil and vegetable bouillon to a boil. Add wide egg noodles to water and cook until almost done. Drain and return to large pan. Add sausage mixture to the noodles and stir until all noodles are evenly coated.
4In separate bowl, mix colby jack, mild cheddar and half of the mozzarella cheese.
5In prepared pan, spoon 1/3 of the sausage and noodle mixture and cover bottom evenly. Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture evenly over the sausage mixture. Repeat layers until there are no remaining sausage and cheese mixtures. Top with the remaining 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese.
6Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. This is great with garlic bread.
