Ingredients
- 1 slice ham --- 1" thick (about 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1/4 cup light molasses
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheesy rice baked ham

Step 1Set oven to preheat to 325. In baking dish, place ham and molasses; let stand 15 minutes.

Step 2Pour water around ham and cover. Bake 45 to 60 minutes, or until tender.

Step 3Place rice over ham. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and broil until cheese melts and is browned.
