ham --- 1" thick (about 1 1/2 lbs)
cheddar cheese, shredded
1Set oven to preheat to 325. In baking dish, place ham and molasses; let stand 15 minutes.
2Pour water around ham and cover. Bake 45 to 60 minutes, or until tender.
3Place rice over ham. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and broil until cheese melts and is browned.
