How To Make ~ cheesy pork & noodle bake ~
-
Step 1Over medium heat in a large skillet, brown pork, onion, celery, garlic , salt and pepper in oil until pork is no longer pink.
-
Step 2Stir in the soup and water, combine well. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
-
Step 3Stir in the cubed cheese, noodles and parsley. Stir and heat until cheese is melted. ( this could actually be eaten now, but I like to bake with the panko crumbs.) Mix your crumbs and seasonings with the melted butter.
-
Step 4Pour noodles mixture into a casserole dish - I use my 4 quart casserole, but could use a 9 x 13 dish. Spread the top with panko's and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly and coating is golden. I serve with crusty bread and a tossed salad.

Step 5Enjoy❣
