(10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c
cubed cream cheese
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
shredded pizza cheese blend
1 c
crumbled blue cheese
(8 ounce) can whole kernel corn,drained
3 c
cubed cooked pork
1 tsp
sodium-free salt
1/4 tsp
seasoned pepper
1/2 c
dry bread crumbs

How to Make Cheesy Pork Casserole


  • 1Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.Once the water is boiling,stir in egg noodles,and return to a boil.Cook the pasta uncovered,stirring occasionally,until the noodles have cooked through,but are still firm to the bite,about 5 minutes.Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
  • 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 3Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.Stir in
    onion and carrots;cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent,about 5 minutes.Stir in noodles,cream of chicken soup,cheeses,corn,cooked pork,then season with sodium-free salt and seasoned pepper.Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish.Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  • 4Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes,or until bubbly.
