Cheesy Ham and Potatoes
1 pkgcountry style gravy mix (enough to make 2 cups)
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
1 tspcream of tartar
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 tspground pepper
8 cpeeled and cubed potatoes
4 ccooked and cubed ham (leftover works great)
2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Cheesy Ham and Potatoes
- Mix the first six(6) ingredients together in a six to eight quart slow cooker until well blended.
- Stir in your cubed ham and potatoes.
- Turn your slow cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
- When done turn off your slow cooker and stir in your cheddar cheese until it's all melted. Serve with rolls,toast or biscuits!
