This is another good depression recipe my mother made. It only takes 3 ingredients. Its simple to make and a crowd pleaser~

Ingredients For cheesey pigs in a blanket

  • 1-2 pkg
    weinners
  • 2-3 can
    refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 pkg
    sliced cheese

How To Make cheesey pigs in a blanket

    Open all cans of biscuits. On a cookie sheet, covered with wax paper, I lay out all my biscuits. With a cup, I flatten out the biscuits.

    I open pakgs. weinners, can be pork,beef,or turkey. I then cut the weinners hafe into. I then make a slit with a knife length ways.

    Open the pkg. sliced cheese. I get 3 strips out of each slice. I place the cheese into the slit of the wienners.

    On a cookie sheet, srayed with non-stick spray, I then take 1 biscut and lay the cheese filled wenner in the center.

    Pop into hpreheated ocen and bake till biscuits are brown or have cooked and are no longer doughy.
