Cut a slit down the middle of dogs. Combine cheese, onion & chives. Stuff cheese, onions and chives into each dog. Place dogs in heated oven unitl cheese has melted. Spread mustard on inside of buns. Place sausage in buns. On one side of buns-add tomato slices, on the other side of buns-add peppers. Enjoy!
