Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 3 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons crushed fennel seeds
- - salt pepper and olive oil
- 24 - 1/4 inch sq pieces smoked provolone cheese
How To Make cheese stuffed pork and fennel meatballs

Step 1Place some oil in a saute pan and saute the fennel, onion and garlic until softened. Let cool a bit. Mix all ingredients except cheese.

Step 2Roll into 24 balls. Press one piece of cheese into the center of each ball. Roll the ball around the cheese.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or fry in olive oil
