Ingredients

1 lb
ground pork
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley chopped
3 Tbsp
panko bread crumbs
1 large
egg
1 small
onion chopped
3 clove
garlic minced
2 tsp
crushed fennel seeds
salt pepper and olive oil
24
1/4 inch sq pieces smoked provolone cheese

How to Make cheese Stuffed Pork and Fennel Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place some oil in a saute pan and saute the fennel, onion and garlic until softened. Let cool a bit. Mix all ingredients except cheese.
  • 2Roll into 24 balls. Press one piece of cheese into the center of each ball. Roll the ball around the cheese.
  • 3Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or fry in olive oil
