Ingredients
- - 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- - 8 eggs
- - 3 cups milk
- - 2 tbsp. flour
- - 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- - 1 t. salt
- - 1/4 t. pepper
- - favorite seasonings to taste
- - 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 8 oz
- - 1 pkg. frozen asparagus spears, thawed and sliced, 8 oz
- - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 8 oz
- - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - 8 cups bread, in 1 inch cubes

Step 1Brown sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly, drain. Whisk eggs, milk, flour, butter, salt and pepper in large bowl. Whisk in your favorite seasonings. Stir in cooked sausage, mushrooms, asparagus, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and bread cubes. Spoon into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Place baking dish on baking sheet and remove plastic wrap. Bake in middle of preheated 350 oven for 1 hour. serves 8 Source: Marshes to Mansions
