How to Make ChamoritaMomma's Island Barbeque

Step-by-Step

  1. In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Stir to combine and set aside.

Wash the ribs and remove most of the fatty areas. Cut in half or 3 sections. In a large, 2 gallon zip lock bag, place the ribs flat and pour the marinade over top. Remove the air as you are sealing bag. Place in refrigerator overnight or for a few hours; turning often to marinade evenly.

Heat grill by preparing charcoal briquets. When ready, cook until ribs are completely done.

Let set about 10 minutes before cutting into pieces. Serve with your favorite side dishes. ENJOY!!
