1 pkgspinach, thawed and drained

1 lbitalian sausage, sweet, cooked, drained and coarsley chopped

1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup

1garlic clove, minced

1 largeonion, chopped

1egg
-
15 ozricotta cheese

1tomatoes, seeded and diced

4 cnoodles, cooked
-
1/2 tspmarjoram
-
1/2 tsptarragon
-
·parsley, chopped
-
·"just a pinch" of salt
-
·"just a pinch" of pepper
How to Make Casserole Florentine
- Combine spinach, cream of mushroom soup, garlic and seasonings in a small bowl; spread evenly over noodles or other pasta in buttered 3-quart flat casserole.
- Distribute chopped sausage over the spinach mixture and sprinkle with chopped onion on top of sausage.
- Blend egg into ricotta and spread over all.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes or until golden, then allow to cool slightly. Top with garnish of tomato and parsley.
