Caribbean Jerk Pork Tenderloin

Very easy to make....and is great if you like to do freezer meals. Oh and is YUMMY! ;)

1 pkg
pork tenderloin (there will be two in a package)
2 Tbsp
brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
1 tsp
dried thyme
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
1 pkg
of dried italian dressing mix


1Mix everything together except the pork tenderloin. This mixture will make a paste.
2Place tenderloin in large zip loc bag and pour mixture in the bag. At this point it can go into the freezer to be used at a later date.
3If using that day....marinate for a least 2-4 hours.
Grill over med. heat until no longer pink.
4This Marinade can be used with 6 chicken breast as well. Great for making Kabobs!
