Very easy to make....and is great if you like to do freezer meals. Oh and is YUMMY! ;)

Ingredients

  • 1 package pork tenderloin (there will be two in a package)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 package of dried italian dressing mix

How To Make caribbean jerk pork tenderloin

  • Step 1
    Mix everything together except the pork tenderloin. This mixture will make a paste.
  • Step 2
    Place tenderloin in large zip loc bag and pour mixture in the bag. At this point it can go into the freezer to be used at a later date.
  • Step 3
    If using that day....marinate for a least 2-4 hours. Grill over med. heat until no longer pink.
  • Step 4
    This Marinade can be used with 6 chicken breast as well. Great for making Kabobs!
