How to Make Caribbean Jerk Pork Tenderloin
- 1Mix everything together except the pork tenderloin. This mixture will make a paste.
- 2Place tenderloin in large zip loc bag and pour mixture in the bag. At this point it can go into the freezer to be used at a later date.
- 3If using that day....marinate for a least 2-4 hours.
Grill over med. heat until no longer pink.
- 4This Marinade can be used with 6 chicken breast as well. Great for making Kabobs!
