Ingredients
- 1 package pork tenderloin (there will be two in a package)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 package of dried italian dressing mix
How To Make caribbean jerk pork tenderloin

Step 1Mix everything together except the pork tenderloin. This mixture will make a paste.

Step 2Place tenderloin in large zip loc bag and pour mixture in the bag. At this point it can go into the freezer to be used at a later date.

Step 3If using that day....marinate for a least 2-4 hours. Grill over med. heat until no longer pink.

Step 4This Marinade can be used with 6 chicken breast as well. Great for making Kabobs!
