Everyone I have made this for loves it, and you can control the heat level to make it fit your own taste. Little to no prep time, its a "chop and drop" recipe

Ingredients
- 2 packages - smoked sausage
- 1 - red pepper
- 1 - yellow pepper
- 1 - green pepper
- 1 - yellow onions
- 1-2 cloves - garlic
- 1/2 lb - shrimp (optional)
- - small carton of heavy cream
- 3/4 pound angel hair pasta
- - cajun seasoning
- - red pepper flakes
- 2 cups dry white wine
How To Make cajun pasta

Step 1Use large skillet or wok, over medium/high heat

Step 2Chop sausage and add to hot pan to render fat

Step 3Chop peppers and onion and onion and add to pan, allow them to soften, then chop and add garlic

Step 4prepare pasta in seperate pot according to package

Step 5season sausage mixture with red pepper flakes and cajun seasoning to your liking. Start with a few teaspoons, you can adjust later to make it more spicy

Step 6Add wine to pan, lower heat and allow wine to reduce by half; add shrimp if using

Step 7add half of the carton of heavy cream, let simmer 5-7 min. Taste mixture and adjust seasoning if needed

Step 8drain pasta and return to pot. Add sausage mixture(and shrimp if using) and stir to combine. Let set two minutes to allow sauce to thicken.
