Ingredients
- 1/2 pound spicy sausage
- 1/2 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 can rorel tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning ( i use tony's)
- 8 cups coarsely cut cabbage
- 1/4 cup butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cajun cabbage

Step 1Cook sausage and ground beef together in a skillet until no longer pink.Drain well and pour in bottom of crock pot. And next 4 ingredients,DO NOT STIR Put cabbage on top. DO NOT STIR

Step 2Cook on high for 3 hours.Add butter and salt and pepper.Continue cooking for one hour.
