Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage, cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 cups water
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (you can more to taste after cooking)
How To Make cabbage with smoked sausage

Step 1Put everything into a dutch oven. Bring to boil. Turn the heat to low. Simmer, covered, until cabbage is just done(around 30 minutes). Don't overcook!
