- - 3 pounds ground beef
- - 2 pounds spicy sausage
- - 1 large head of cabbage
- - 1 large onion
- 1 clove garlic or 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 bottle tomato or v-8 juice
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make cabbage rolls

Step 1In large pot, steam large head of cabbage until tender. Seperate leaves from head of cabbage

Step 2Mix together Ground Beef & sausage, Add in Onion & garlic & salt & pepper & uncooked rice. Mix well

Step 3Make a ball of the meat mixture that will fit into leaf of cabbage with Ground beef mixture. Roll cabbage leaf to cover completely the Ground beef mixture. Use a toothpick, to secure, if needed Place in dutch oven. Cover with Tomato or V-8 juice.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cook Cabbage rolls for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
