Ingredients
- 2-4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4-6 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 large onions, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, whole
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 pounds kielbasi, cut in bite size pieces
- 3-4 cups new potatoes
How To Make cabbage, kielbasi and potatoes

Step 1Pour oil in heavy skillet. Add cabbage anf onions and begin to cook. Do not brown, stir while cooking. Cook until onion and cabbage begins to wilt.

Step 2Stir in remaining ingredients except sausage. Put cut sausage on top of cabbage mixture.

Step 3Cover and cook over low heat until cabbage, potatoes are tender and sausage is heated through.
