bus drivers goulash
This dish is very tasty, it has been popping up in bus drivers lounges, brought in by a friend of mine over 20 years ago, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

- 3 sprigs celery sliced

- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package small pkg. velveeta mild mexican cheese
- 1 package small pkg. velveeta hot mexican cheese

How To Make bus drivers goulash
-
Step 1In a dutch oven, cook together ground beef and sliced sausage with onions and celery (could add bellpepper if you like) till no longer pink and onions are clear.
-
Step 2In another pot cook macaroni till 3/4ths done, dump broccoli cauliflower (called winter mix) in to soften then drain when mac. is done.
-
Step 3In another pot, mix cream of soups with half a block of each cheeses. (sometimes I improvise on cheese cause i can't find the hot anymore. use mild and regular) with the milk and melt together.
-
Step 4I use those large disposable aluminum pans to mix every thing together meat mixture, macaroni mix veggies, and cheese sauces all in one and toss well heat up in the oven and serve.
