This is my Mom's recipe. It was her one Mexican Dish that she said was easy and fool proof. My kids and now my grand children love it

Ingredients

  • 5 lb
    pork roast
  • 4 can(s)
    enchilada sauce-mild to hot
  • 2 Tbsp
    fajita seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 pkg
    flour tortillas

How to Make Burritos made easy.

Step-by-Step

  1. Season meat and place in a slower cooker. Pour enchilada sauce over seasoned meat and cook on high for 9 hours or till meat falls apart.
  2. Put cooked meat in flour tortillas and roll. Place inside a cookie sheet and heat in oven at 350 degree for about 15 minutes or till warm. You can add cheese, sour cream or your favorites.
