Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 bottle bottle (17.5 oz.) bull's-eye carolina style barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How To Make bull's-eye carolina style wildfire pork

  • Step 1
    PLACE meat in slow cooker.
  • Step 2
    MIX remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover with lid.
  • Step 3
    COOK on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).
  • Step 4
    Meat can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 2 days. Reheat in microwave or on stove top just before serving.
