    (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
  • 4
    sweet italian sausages,sliced
  • 4
    polish sausage,sliced
  • 3 c
    seasoned salad croutons
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c
    shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4
    eggs,lightly beaten
  • 1 can
    (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1 can
    (2.8 ounces) french-fried onions

How To Make two sausage casserole with broccoli and cheese

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Cook broccoli according to package directions;drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet,saute italian and polish sausages over medium heat for 10 minutes;drain.

    In a large bowl, add sausages,broccoli,croutons and cheeses;mix well. Transfer to a greased 2-qt.baking dish.In a same bowl,combine eggs,soup and milk.Pour over sausage mixture.

    Bake,uncovered,at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.Sprinkle with french-fried onions.Bake for 3-5 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
