Ingredients
- 3 cups seasoned salad croutons
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 - sweet Italian sausages, sliced
- 3 - kielbasa sausages, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon seasoned pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 can french-fried onions (2.8 oz)
- 1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make double sausage casserole with broccoli and cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Add salad croutons evenly.

Step 3Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add sliced Italian and kielbasa sausages and saute for 5 minutes or until tender.

Step 4In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, eggs, half and half, cream cheese and seasoned pepper; whisk together for 3 minutes until blended.

Step 5Mix in cooked sliced sausages, broccoil florets, and shredded cheeses.

Step 6Spoon into a prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with french fried onions. Cover with aluminum foil.

Step 7Bake for 25 minutes. Take them out of the oven. Remove the aluminum foil. Sprinkle with extra sharp cheddar cheese.

Step 8Return to the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
