Ingredients
- 1/2 cup green or colored bell peppers, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, chopped (seeds and membrane removed)
- 1 - dozen extra-large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream or half & half
- 1 package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- 1 cup cubed ham
- 1 package pre-cooked sausage crumbles
How To Make breakfast in a crockpot

Step 1In a large bowl. slightly beat the eggs and cream.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.

Step 3Pour mixture into a crockpot that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.

Step 4Cook overnight (6 to 8 hours) on low.
