breakfast casserole
I went through a garage-sale phase. Went garage-saleing just about every Saturday. One of my 'finds' was the George Foreman contact roaster -- I don't think they even make them anymore. And one of the only recipes I make with it is this one. But, it's delicious and super-easy and makes a goodly portion for two people or enough for 4, with appropriate sides.

How To Make breakfast casserole
-
1Preheat contact roaster.
-
2Coat the special baking pan with non-stick spray and add the bread cubes.
-
3Layer the bacon over the bread and then sprinkle the cheese on top.
-
4Mix the egg product, milk, salt, mustard, and pepper together. Pour over the bread mixture.
-
5Using oven mitts, insert the baking pan into the contact roaster. Close the lid and set the timer for 30 minutes or bake until eggs are set.
-
6**NOTE** -- if you don't have a contact roaster, I'm sure that you could probably prep this in a casserole dish instead and bake in a pre-heated 350*F oven for 45 minutes. Just make sure the egg is set.
