Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    pork sausage
  • 12
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry onion flakes
  • 1 can(s)
    diced green chilis
  • 2
    tomatoes diced
  • 12
    slices american cheese
  • 12
    flour tortillas
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    wax paper

How to Make Breakfast Burritos

Step-by-Step

  1. Soak onion flakes in about 6 Tablesppons of water, drain when needed. Cook sausage crumbling till cooked well, drain. Return to pan add tomatoes, drained onions and green chilis, saute for about 1-2 mins
  2. Beat eggs very well add to meat mixture scramble till eggs are cooked all the way
  3. Take a flour tortilla tear or cut a slice of cheese in half place on tortilla, put approx 1 eggs of egg/sausage mixture roll up in wax paper. either refrigerate or microwave 30 seconds.
