pork sausage

eggs
1 Tbsp
dry onion flakes
1 can(s)
diced green chilis

tomatoes diced

slices american cheese

flour tortillas
salt and pepper to taste
wax paper

How to Make Breakfast Burritos

Step-by-Step

  • 1Soak onion flakes in about 6 Tablesppons of water, drain when needed. Cook sausage crumbling till cooked well, drain. Return to pan add tomatoes, drained onions and green chilis, saute for about 1-2 mins
  • 2Beat eggs very well add to meat mixture scramble till eggs are cooked all the way
  • 3Take a flour tortilla tear or cut a slice of cheese in half place on tortilla, put approx 1 eggs of egg/sausage mixture roll up in wax paper. either refrigerate or microwave 30 seconds.
