Ingredients
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 12 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon dry onion flakes
- 1 can diced green chilis
- 2 - tomatoes diced
- 12 - slices american cheese
- 12 - flour tortillas
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - wax paper
How To Make breakfast burritos

Step 1Soak onion flakes in about 6 Tablesppons of water, drain when needed. Cook sausage crumbling till cooked well, drain. Return to pan add tomatoes, drained onions and green chilis, saute for about 1-2 mins

Step 2Beat eggs very well add to meat mixture scramble till eggs are cooked all the way

Step 3Take a flour tortilla tear or cut a slice of cheese in half place on tortilla, put approx 1 eggs of egg/sausage mixture roll up in wax paper. either refrigerate or microwave 30 seconds.
