Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound pork sausage
  • 12 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon dry onion flakes
  • 1 can diced green chilis
  • 2 - tomatoes diced
  • 12 - slices american cheese
  • 12 - flour tortillas
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - wax paper

How To Make breakfast burritos

  • Step 1
    Soak onion flakes in about 6 Tablesppons of water, drain when needed. Cook sausage crumbling till cooked well, drain. Return to pan add tomatoes, drained onions and green chilis, saute for about 1-2 mins
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs very well add to meat mixture scramble till eggs are cooked all the way
  • Step 3
    Take a flour tortilla tear or cut a slice of cheese in half place on tortilla, put approx 1 eggs of egg/sausage mixture roll up in wax paper. either refrigerate or microwave 30 seconds.
