I did not have plain Italian bread crumbs so I used Italian panko crumbs. The results were a slightly crisper pork chop.

Add to Grocery List

bottled ranch dressing
2-3 c
italian bread crumbs
1 pkg
dry italian dressing mix
2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
loin pork chops

How to Make Breaded Italian Pork Chops

  • 1Pour small amount of bottled ranch dressing in a bowl (add more as needed). In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  • 2Dip pork chops into ranch dressing and shake off excess (or brush on for even coverage). Dip pork chop into bread crumb mixture to evenly coat.
  • 3Place pork chops on rack in pan that has been lined with foil (for ease of cleanup). Do not lay directly on foil as this will make the bottoms soggy.
  • 4Bake in preheated 400° oven until pork chops are done, about 30-40 minutes.
