How to Make Breaded Italian Pork Chops
- Pour small amount of bottled ranch dressing in a bowl (add more as needed). In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- Dip pork chops into ranch dressing and shake off excess (or brush on for even coverage). Dip pork chop into bread crumb mixture to evenly coat.
- Place pork chops on rack in pan that has been lined with foil (for ease of cleanup). Do not lay directly on foil as this will make the bottoms soggy.
- Bake in preheated 400° oven until pork chops are done, about 30-40 minutes.
