I did not have plain Italian bread crumbs so I used Italian panko crumbs. The results were a slightly crisper pork chop.

  • bottled ranch dressing
  • 2-3 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 pkg
    dry italian dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder

How To Make breaded italian pork chops

    Pour small amount of bottled ranch dressing in a bowl (add more as needed). In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.

    Dip pork chops into ranch dressing and shake off excess (or brush on for even coverage). Dip pork chop into bread crumb mixture to evenly coat.

    Place pork chops on rack in pan that has been lined with foil (for ease of cleanup). Do not lay directly on foil as this will make the bottoms soggy.

    Bake in preheated 400° oven until pork chops are done, about 30-40 minutes.
