breaded italian pork chops
I did not have plain Italian bread crumbs so I used Italian panko crumbs. The results were a slightly crisper pork chop.

Ingredients
- - bottled ranch dressing
- 2-3 cups italian bread crumbs
- 1 package dry italian dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 6 - loin pork chops
How To Make breaded italian pork chops

Step 1Pour small amount of bottled ranch dressing in a bowl (add more as needed). In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.

Step 2Dip pork chops into ranch dressing and shake off excess (or brush on for even coverage). Dip pork chop into bread crumb mixture to evenly coat.

Step 3Place pork chops on rack in pan that has been lined with foil (for ease of cleanup). Do not lay directly on foil as this will make the bottoms soggy.

Step 4Bake in preheated 400° oven until pork chops are done, about 30-40 minutes.
