Breaded Italian Pork Chops
italian bread crumbs
dry italian dressing mix
grated parmesan cheese
How to Make Breaded Italian Pork Chops
1Pour small amount of bottled ranch dressing in a bowl (add more as needed). In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.
2Dip pork chops into ranch dressing and shake off excess (or brush on for even coverage). Dip pork chop into bread crumb mixture to evenly coat.
3Place pork chops on rack in pan that has been lined with foil (for ease of cleanup). Do not lay directly on foil as this will make the bottoms soggy.
4Bake in preheated 400° oven until pork chops are done, about 30-40 minutes.
