Ingredients

  • 4 large raw pork steak
  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup barbecue flavored powder seasoning
  • 1/2 cup vegtable oil
  • 4 - lrg eggs
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper seasoning

How To Make breaded, barbecued pork steak

  • Step 1
    place your breadcrumbs, barbecue seasoning and hot pepper seasoning in a lrg bowl and mix well. beat your eggs and place it in a medium shallow dish.
  • Step 2
    roll one porksteak at a time , first in the egg then in the seasoning mix till all 4 are coated. place the oil in a lrg skillet and heat on med-high heat till hot. fry each pork steak on both sides for 8 min a piece or until the pork steaks are done use a fork to test the porksteak to see if its done then serve
