Ingredients
- 8-10 pounds ham, fully cooked spiral-cut, bone-in
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 large orange, zest
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon
How To Make bourbon maple glazed ham

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put a cup of water in the bottom section of a large broiler pan. Add rack and place ham, meat side down.

Step 2Combine ingredients 2-8. Mix well. Brush half of the mixture all over ham. Loosley cover ham with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes. Brush the remaining mixture all over ham and bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees and the ham has caramelized.
