Bourbon Honey Glazed Ham

We love cooking with bourbon when it's combined with something sweet and savory. The glaze becomes thick as it cooks. As it cooled a bit, it becomes even thicker. Bourbon adds a little something to the glaze but does not have a harsh alcohol taste. The flavors of the orange marmalade, bourbon, and honey are perfect in this glaze.
Note: A 5 lb ham is small. We used an 8 lb ham and had more than enough glaze for it. If you opt for a larger ham adjust the cooking time (15-20 minutes per pound at 350 F). The Test Kitchen
