  • - cup brown sugar
  • - 1/2cup bourbon
  • - 1/2 cup molasses
  • - 1 cup pineapple juice
  • - 2 1/2tbsp. dijon mustard
  • - 1tbsp cloves whole
  • - 1 ham 6 to 8 pounds

How To Make bourbon ham

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 Trim ham of fat and skin score ham place in baking pan. In a saucepan add all ingredients over medium heat bring to a boil. Pour mixture over ham. Cover ham and bake 3 hours baste ham several times during cooking.
