I have always loved reading recipes but I have found that I rarely follow them exactly... this is my version of a popular Lancaster County Pa. Amish dish made with Ketchup and Cola. So good!

1 cup heinz ketchup
1 cup cola or pepsi ( diet okay)

How To Make bonnies barbeque pork chops

Step 1

Season Chops ( both sides) Reduce Ketchup and one cup of cola ontop of stove Place glaze in glass cassarole on bottom ( I line with foil for easy clean up) Put chops over glaze and pour remainder of glaze ontop of chops...

Step 2

Put in 350 Degree pre-heated overn Reduce temp to 325 before placing cassarole in oven Bake One Hour
