Ingredients
- 2 pounds bacon
- 10 slices bread
- 1 large tomato
- 1 medium lettuce head
- 3 pounds potatoes, russets
- 1 jar mayonnaise
How To Make blt's & fries

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 or Deep Fryer to 350 (Depending on how you want to cook your fries)

Step 2Peel potatoes, wash, and then chop them in to long medium-thick strips.

Step 3Place peeled and cut fries on paper towel or small towel to dry and sprinkle with salt.

Step 4Fry bacon

Step 5If cooking fries in the oven place on cookie sheet lined w/ foil and place in oven when preheated. If deep frying drop them in the fryer for 10 - 15 minutes depending on how crispy you like them. If cooking in the oven cook 10-15 minutes and flip then cook another 10-15 on other side.

Step 6Slice tomato/lettuce.
