Ingredients
- SAMMIE FIXINS
- - **bacon, thick slices, pepper crusted
- - **texas toast
- - **tomato slices
- - **onion slices
- - **leaf lettuce
- - **thick carrots
- - canola oil for frying
- MAYO
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 1/2 - ripe avocado
- 1 small jalapeno seeded
- 2 tablespoons black olives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
How To Make blt with perks

Step 1Cook bacon. Slice tomatoes, onions, pull apart lettuce. Toast bread.

Step 2Cut carrots into small "sticks". Deep fry for about 5 min. till done. They taste like sweet potato fries.

Step 3Place 1/2 small avocado, 1/2 small seeded jalapeno, 1/2 c. miracle whip, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives, 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic in food processor. Give it a whirl until fully blended.

Step 4Spread mayo on toasted bread, top with lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon and fried carrot sticks.
