Ingredients

SAMMIE FIXINS

**bacon, thick slices, pepper crusted
**texas toast
**tomato slices
**onion slices
**leaf lettuce
**thick carrots
canola oil for frying

MAYO

1/2 c
miracle whip
1/2
ripe avocado
1 small
jalapeno seeded
2 Tbsp
black olives
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
granulated garlic

How to Make BLT with perks

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook bacon. Slice tomatoes, onions, pull apart lettuce. Toast bread.
  • 2Cut carrots into small "sticks". Deep fry for about 5 min. till done. They taste like sweet potato fries.
  • 3Place 1/2 small avocado, 1/2 small seeded jalapeno, 1/2 c. miracle whip, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives, 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic in food processor. Give it a whirl until fully blended.
  • 4Spread mayo on toasted bread, top with lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon and fried carrot sticks.
