How to Make Black-Eyed Pea Casserole
- Brown your sausage, onions, and set aside.
- Mix peas, rotel, and sausage mixture together in a casserole dish.
- Mix cornbread mix per directions and pour over top of mixture.
- Place in 350 degree over and bake until corn bread is done.
- Remove from oven and cover liberally with cheese. Place back in oven and melt cheese.
