- 1 box mushrooms, sliced
- 16 ounces frozen fully cooked small italian meatballs
- 19 ounces bag frozen uncooked cheese tortellini
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon cajun/creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
- 16 ounces frozen california blend vegetables, thawed

Step 1In a slow cooker, combine Meatballs and Tortellini.

Step 3Pour over Tortellini Mixture and mix well. Cook on low for 3 1/2 hours.

Step 4While Slow cooker is cooking, sauté mushrooms and set aside

Step 5At 3 1/2-hour mark stir in mushrooms and vegetables and cook for 30 minutes more.
