Ingredients

  • 1 box mushrooms, sliced
  • 16 ounces frozen fully cooked small italian meatballs
  • 19 ounces bag frozen uncooked cheese tortellini
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon cajun/creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
  • 16 ounces frozen california blend vegetables, thawed

How To Make big ole bill's meatball tortellini

  • Step 1
    In a slow cooker, combine Meatballs and Tortellini.
  • Step 2

  • Step 3
    Pour over Tortellini Mixture and mix well. Cook on low for 3 1/2 hours.
  • Step 4
    While Slow cooker is cooking, sauté mushrooms and set aside
  • Step 5
    At 3 1/2-hour mark stir in mushrooms and vegetables and cook for 30 minutes more.
  • Step 6
    Serve and enjoy!
