I Love good Ribs. This was a make as you go recipe when I was hungry for some. Pretty much whatever BBQ Sauce & Beer you have will work.

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef or ribs (any style, i used beef short ribs)
- 1 teaspoon chicago style steak spice
- - salt & pepper (to taste)
- 7 ounces beer (give or take)
- - bbq sauce ( your favorite)
How To Make beer ribs

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking pan with foil (for easier cleanup)

Step 2Trim Ribs to your satisfaction. Sprinkle seasonings over ribs.

Step 3Place in pan and pour in beer. I used Bud Light (It was in the Fridge). Cover pan with foil & bake for about 2 hours or just until liquid is evaporated, be careful not to let it get too dry.

Step 4Take foil off top & Cover generously with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook on one side for 10 minutes, turn ribs over & repeat for second side.
