How to Make BEER RIBS
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking pan with foil (for easier cleanup)
- Trim Ribs to your satisfaction. Sprinkle seasonings over ribs.
- Place in pan and pour in beer. I used Bud Light (It was in the Fridge). Cover pan with foil & bake for about 2 hours or just until liquid is evaporated, be careful not to let it get too dry.
- Take foil off top & Cover generously with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook on one side for 10 minutes, turn ribs over & repeat for second side.
