  • 1 lb
beef or ribs (any style, i used beef short ribs)
  • 1 tsp
    chicago style steak spice
  • ·
    salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 7 oz
    beer (give or take)
  • ·
    bbq sauce ( your favorite)

How to Make BEER RIBS

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking pan with foil (for easier cleanup)
  2. Trim Ribs to your satisfaction. Sprinkle seasonings over ribs.
  3. Place in pan and pour in beer. I used Bud Light (It was in the Fridge). Cover pan with foil & bake for about 2 hours or just until liquid is evaporated, be careful not to let it get too dry.
  4. Take foil off top & Cover generously with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook on one side for 10 minutes, turn ribs over & repeat for second side.
  5. Enjoy!
