1/2 cjack daniel's

1/2 capple cider

2 Tbsppacked brown sugar

4 tspcider vinegar

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 tspvanilla extract

1/8 tspcayenne pepper
How To Make beer -brined grilled pork chops with glaze

1Combine water, beer, 1/4 cup of coarse salt, brown sugar and molasses in large bowl. Stir until slat and sugar dissolve. Place pork chop in large reseal able plastic bag. Pour beer brine over pork chops,seal bag. Refrigerator 6 hours. Turning your bag often.

2prepare your grill. Remove chops from brine; pat dry, Mix garlic, pepper,2 teaspoon of salt, and sage in small bowl. Grill chops until they register 145 degree about 10 minutes per side.

3For Glaze: Whisk Jack Daniels, Cider, sugar, 2 teaspoon vinegar, mustard, vanilla, and cayenne together pour glaze mixture to a skillet and bring to boil, cook until reduced to thick glazed. 3 to 5 minutes.
