Ingredients
- olive oil
- 2 1/2 pounds Iberico pork tenderloin or regular pork tenderloin
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 dash beer of choice
- 1/2 cup pork or beef broth
- 1 sprig rosemary
How To Make beer braised pork tenderloin

Step 1Heat the oil in a Dutch oven. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Sear the pork on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.

Step 2Add the onion and garlic into the pot and cook for a couple of minutes. Then add the beer and broth. Drop in the rosemary sprig. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer, covered for 10 minutes.

Step 3Remove the lid and add the pork back into the pot. Cook for 15 more minutes. Remove the pork and let rest 10 minutes. Remove the rosemary sprig and put the sauce through a fat separator. Place the sauce into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let reduce about 10 minutes. Slice the pork and serve with the sauce.
