Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds pork shoulder roast
- 1 bottle barbeque sauce
- 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 large red onion, sliced
How To Make bbq pulled pork pastry cups

Step 1Just put the pork shoulder roast in the Crockpot. Add sliced red onion. Cover with a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce and let cook all day. Pull the meat out and with two forks shred the pork and put it back in the sauce.

Step 2Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 12 squares and place inside (greased) mini muffin cups. Place a 1 tablespoon pulled pork inside each cup. Put a teaspoon of cheese on top of meat, Bake in a preheated 375°F oven till edges are a light brown, 10-15 minutes. Cool a few minutes before removing from muffin tins.
