2-3 lbpork shoulder roast

1 largered onion, sliced
How to Make BBQ Pulled Pork Pastry Cups
- Just put the pork shoulder roast in the Crockpot. Add sliced red onion. Cover with a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce and let cook all day. Pull the meat out and with two forks shred the pork and put it back in the sauce.
- Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 12 squares and place inside (greased) mini muffin cups. Place a 1 tablespoon pulled pork inside each cup. Put a teaspoon of cheese on top of meat,
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven till edges are a light brown, 10-15 minutes.
Cool a few minutes before removing from muffin tins.
