Ingredients
- 3 lbs packages pork loin (boneless) or pork shoulder/butt
- 1/2 jar dry pork rub ( bbq style)
- 1 bottle favorite bb-q sause
- 6-8 slices onion hamburger bun
- 6-8 slices pepper jack or cheddar cheese
- 1-2 clove coarse garlic or clove of garlic
How To Make bbq pulled pork

Step 1Rub dry rub into thawed pork loin. Placed seasoned pork loin into plastic zip-lock bag, seal and place in refrigerator over night. (I add some coarse garlic or fresh garlic in bag)

Step 2Next morning place pork and any garlic cloves if used into slow cooker. On low cook for 6-7 hours.

Step 3Check pork should be very moist and white inside slowly using a fork rake pork and shred until entire loin is shredded. Place pork back into slow cooker and add your favorite BB-Q sauce. Stir and heat about one hour on low.

Step 4Taking your onion buns open add cheese to your liking add bb-q pork put top on and serve. I usually make Cole-Slaw and fry's.
