How to Make BBQ MEATLOAF

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together, to make a loaf
  2. Put it into whatever pan you use for a meatloaf. I use 9"x13" pan. Make a ridge along the top to keep the topping in.
  3. Topping:
1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup bbq sauce 1/2 cup dark brown sugar packed, & 1/3 cup chopped onion. Mix together. Put the sauce on top and bake for 375 for 1 hour.
